Can I return an item?

Unless the products are incorrectly shipped or arrived broken, we do not allow any returns.

How should I return or exchange an item?

If we agree with the return or exchange, you must return the item within 7 days from such agreement. All the shipping costs will be paid by the shopper ant the shipping method has to be by air.

What should I do if I receive the wrong item?
